"I recently moved here from the city and was referred here by a friend. I’ve had my nails done on 3 separate occasions and I always leave never really satisfied with my gel pedicure or manicure. I will admit I do love that they still hand file as I wear my natural nails and I try to keep them as strong as possible. I wasn’t happy that the nail techs struggled with a basic French on short nails. As well as a thick lined French on my toes. I’m not quite sure what products they use but my gel manicure never lasts more than a week. I’m very unhappy about this, especially when I spend about $100 per visit not including tip. Aside from these issues, the staff is very nice, the place is clean."

"I’m currently still waiting to be done, but I tried this place out and I will not be coming back. The staff here are extremely nice, but the pricing is insane and there’s no mention of how much the price is until you’re done. 50$ for gel manicure and another 50$ for pedicure. I’ve been sitting here for two pushing three hours now, not even a walk in, with an appointment. If you prefer to take all day no problem, but the general manager couldn’t even finish my nails and didn’t even have the color I wanted."

"I have been here twice so far and both times have been good experiences. Just a regular pedicure and regular manicure. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean and very cozy. I’ve had no problems with booking and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated Highly recommend and will be returning."

"Absolutely disappointed with this place, I used to go here all the time and it’s gone completely downhill. Employees are rude, seem to lack the skills to do a correct manicure- they don’t even use the base layer step of the dip powder, they rush the whole time and the work is below average. I had three nails lift all within 4 days of getting a dip powder manicure, they offered to fix it twice and this was their final “fix”. I understand it is annoying to have a customer come back more than once but if the work was done correctly and with Care the first time, I wouldn’t have had to go back. A little consideration and attention would be nice for the money spent, which was far from cheap for the shoddy service provided. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a different salon."

"Iris Nails did a great job on my pedicure. I called for an appointment on a Sunday and they were able to accommodate me. When I arrived, I was brought to a chair immediately. I was informed about the pricing for my selections. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean. I have sensitive skin and the products did not bother my skin. The staff was very gentle and my cuticles did not bleed which often happens to me. I was there for about an hour in total. The color and paint came out fantastic. The payment is Venmo so it is contactless, which is nice. I will definitely be back :)"
